Human ecology
my peoms

To gaze upon the dance of stars,
And know that in their solemn beat,
In days of beauty, death, and sleep,
They will not turn a moment past,
Before my questing arm will fail,

And yet a poise of movement shows,
Upon the skies, their joyous curl,
To reach aloft a hand so small,
And drink their light into my eyes,
To hold a piece within my heart
